Before Joining an Exercise Class

An initial physiotherapy assessment is required to determine whether the class is appropriate for your current condition, mobility and functional level.

Individuals with comorbidities / chronic illness may require clearance from their physician before beginning progressive exercise.

Exercise classes does not replace individualized physiotherapy when one-to-one assessment, treatment or post-operative rehabilitation is clinically required.
